WB2 Morning News
Yesterday morning I had a whole new experience. Amazing things happen and I must have put the vibe out without realizing it, I have a customer (Leslie) who gave one of my pieces to a friend of hers that works at WB2 (Bev). Somehow they came up with the idea of having me on the morning show for a segment on mother's day gifts. It was live (which could make a newbie like me a nervous wreck) and about 3 minutes long. I was nervous but I think enough people told me I would do just fine that it turned out to be a good segement. Laurie, the gal who does PR for me, went with me to help me keep my focus. She also helped display the jewelry. Of course the night before my husband put his time in too, helping make the jewelry look great on the boards. He has a great eye.
When we got there, we met Gina the producer who took us over to get set up. While setting up Bev came over and I thanked her for the opportunity. It is unbelievable how fast 3 minutes can fly! The segement was done with Natalie Tysdal. She really did a great job making me comfortable and making it a good segement. She lead the questions so any fear I had just seemed to go right out the door. Kudos to all at WB2 and thank you for the opportunity. We will be posting the video soon.
